I’d be cautious about claiming that competition in AI consulting is low. It may be true for the top 0.1% with deep CS expertise who can build custom infrastructure, but the “AI audit” space is already crowded with shallow, surface-level advice. The challenge isn’t just identifying wasted hours; the real work is in implementation—and that’s where most people hit a wall.

As You said, although AI agent solution selling is the best option, I won't be heartlessly selfish to create an AI Agent that replaces a $60k/year employee with a $24k/year automated service. Applied to 10 companies, I directly fired 10 people. Sorry. Every business, human at heart, should deeply consider this.

So many companies, not to forget the giants, are already heartlessly sending away their workforce back to their homes. Even if I cannot generate employment yet, I can't kick someone's stomach.
